This site provides a contract execution service available exclusively to authorized signers of Cosmetics Growth's Client Services Agreement and the Business Associate Agreement attached as Exhibit A. Access to a signing link is by invitation only. Cosmetics Growth provisions a unique, time-limited link to the signer email address on a single contract record; that link is not transferable to any other person, mailbox, or device, and forwarding the link to a third party does not transfer signing authority. The site is not a general-purpose document signing service and does not accept signers who have not been invited.

Any access, use, probing, scraping, or interaction with this site that is not part of executing your invited contract is unauthorized. Unauthorized access to this site, including credential stuffing, brute-force attempts on the knowledge-based-authentication step, automated harvesting, or attempts to access another signer's contract record, constitutes unauthorized access to a protected computer system under the Washington Computer Trespass statutes (RCW 9A.90 et seq.) and the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030). We log every request, retain those logs as part of the contract audit trail, and refer abuse to law enforcement.
